Stelios has been a Corporate Banker focusing on Multinational clients’ coverage and business development across the Middle East. He is currently heading the Multinational clients business development for Mashreq and before that spent 11 years with Citibank in various roles and geographies. Throughout his career he has been helping clients arrange and structure long term financing, debt capital markets financing, WC facilities, structured trade and acquisition financing as well as risk management solutions. He has a keen interest in entrepreneurship which has developed through a number of angel investments and has been actively mentoring and advising start-ups on structuring financing and raising capital. He received an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance with honors from SDA Bocconi, Italy and a M.Eng & B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
