As co-founder of enaible – an AI-Powered Leadership Tech company based in Boston, Mischa spearheads the company’s efforts to unlock the human- and organizational potential by driving productivity and employee well-being through enaible’s AI-led solutions. Before founding enaible, Mischa was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent 15 years working alongside global leaders to improve organizational and individual performance through talent-led transformations. He had the privilege of serving both public- and private sector clients across 30+ countries having spent 12 years in Europe and Latin America before moving to the Middle East in 2015. Over these years, Mischa led the Firm’s transformational change service line across Latin America before taking over the role to lead the Firm’s talent and HR work across EEMA, covering Russia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. As part of McKinsey’s own commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, he also co-led the Firm’s global efforts to create a more balanced and healthier experience for McKinsey’s 22,000 colleagues.
