Ilker Kocer graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Computer Sciences Engineering and post graduated MBA on International Sales and Marketing from University of Edinburgh. He has several degrees and certificates from prestigious business schools such as Harvard Business School, University of Michigan-Ross School of Business , IESE Business School and Cranfield School of Management.

Ilker Kocer has over 30 years of IT industry experience including his positions at NCR, Benetton and Oracle. Kocer started to work at Oracle in 1994 as a Technical Support Engineer and is now the Alliances and Channel Leader for Middle East, Africa and Turkey at Oracle Dubai in UAE.

Besides his duty, Ilker Kocer is a Board Member of Endeavor Turkey, which is leading the development of new business models, startups and ideas. He is a mentor and coach who helps the evaluation and guidance of many entrepreneurs/startups and scale-ups who contribute to the age of digital transformation.
