Hysham Abdelnour is an Executive Director at Swicorp managing Numu Consulting, serving high-profile public and private sector clients on critical strategic and operational projects across the MENA region. Hysham focuses on supporting government & private sector clients on topics related to economic development, public policy, Institution Building, strategy & execution. Over the past 20 years, he has served clients and delivered projects in 8 countries across the Middle East, South East Asia and the US. Hysham has deep expertise in strategy definition, large scale transformations and private sector-led economic growth (SME development). Outside of work, Hysham founded Minhati.org a scholarship program that has supported over 50 high performing students from challenging socio-economic backgrounds across 7 regions in Jordan. He has also co-founded an angel investor network in Dubai, focused on investments in tech-enabled startups in the region. Hysham holds degree in Architecture from the University of Jordan, an MBA from the University of Virginia and a masters from Indiana University School of Business.
