Born in Syria and raised in Greece and France, Fadi Jabbour began his career in Dubai after graduating from the École Supérieure De Commerce De Paris. He joined the Chalhoub Group in 1991 in their joint-venture with L’oréal group for the Products De Luxe division in the Middle East. Fadi spent a few years as a sales and marketing director before assuming the position of General Manager.

In 2004, at the end of the joint event, Fadi returned to the Chalhoub Group to lead the retail development of the group, focusing on growing and developing the franchise portfolio and the creation of own concepts and brands, ensuing the excellence of the retail operations and thriving to deliver a great customer experience.

As of January 2021, Fadi was appointed Chief Country Officer, focusing on the coordination between the business units and the different markets, making the group more engrained in different countries and accelerating their development.
