Aziz is a senior leader with proven track record in the food industry, across emerging markets, in building and scaling profitable businesses. He has delivered winning strategies and plans across multiple categories and geographies, from start-ups to established entities. Aziz’s goal is to facilitate the development of an ecosystem to support startups in the Arab world, create jobs and boost local and regional economies by identifying extraordinary businesses in emerging markets and providing them with access to knowledge and capital to support growth and development. He currently serves as Managing Director with International Exports and previously served as General Manager for the MENAT with General Mills for 12 years. Aziz holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
