About Kitopi

Kitopi (Kitchen Operation Innovations) is a network of interconnected smart cloud kitchens that cook and deliver on behalf of food brands. The company provides the managed infrastructure and technology that enables food brands to open delivery-only locations with minimum capital expenditure, time, and risk. Kitopi handles all of the brands’ delivery orders through its network of kitchens so its clients can focus on running their dine-in restaurants and internal business operations.

About Mohamad

Mohamad Ballout co-founded BMB Group, one of the largest confectionary businesses in the Middle East, with his co-founders Bilal and Mohamed and all 3 were selected by Endeavor in 2016. In June of 2016, Mohamed exited to a private equity firm and founded Ripples Capital to invest in seed stage rounds in several ventures, with a focus on businesses that can be tech-enabled. While at Ripples Capital, Mohamad began incubating two food and beverage concepts surrounding the idea of virtual brands. His exposure to the startup world drove him to start his venture: managed kitchens (Kitopi) for existing restaurant brands to allow them to scale quickly, with minimal startup cost. He is currently focusing on his new venture Kitopi as CEO with other co-founders, who were also selected by Endeavor in 2019.
